With the Brisbane CBD expanding rapidly, what was formerly an outer city-fringe commercial building now finds itself in prime position at a central nexus of public infrastructure and new development. To capitalise on this latent value the existing but unused balconies are to be enclosed and absorbed as office space, while a bespoke folded aluminium screen will be wrapped around the glazed facades to provide protection from the sun and an iconic presence.
